Due to the nature of our products and fulfillment process, all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review your case and, at our discretion, offer a replacement or store credit.

Wrong Item Received

If you received the wrong item, please contact us immediately and we will make it right at no additional cost.

Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled within 12 hours of purchase.
